This is nothing

the reason, why people could see laws as problematic is still valid. Of course laws can easily become part of a feedback loop, where they are used to prevent basic participation of parts of the population. For instance also dictatorships or caste systems could basically rely on judicial regulation. Or, in democracies, lawmakers could be bought in order to fabricate laws, which stray away from the democratic intentions.

Even worse, I think there is something like a natural dialectics in the process of writing down and applying the norms of societies: Often the unwanted side effects are bigger than expected (or bearable).

This does not mean, that I am arguing in principle against laws/government/regulation/etc., but would like to point out, that it's tricky... Possibly it is even a critical part for the practical omniscience to handle it...
